Terms and Conditions/Return Policy
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Exchange/Refund Policy
· You must contact us for a RMA number and return address.
· The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
· Returned to in resalable condition.
· Returned in original packaging.
· Returned to shipping origin within (20) days.
· Merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restock fee.
· There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00
· Shipping charges are not refundable.
· All returns must be prepaid.
· No COD's accepted
· If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
· Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department at customerservice@fundeals4u.com
· If merchandise you receive is defective, contact our customer service department at customerservice@fundeals4u.com for instructions.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
· All cancellations will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee.
· Email cancellations must contain the following:
o First name & last name
o Order number
o E-mail address
· This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
- The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.
- Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you via the e-mail address provided on the order if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. Be sure to give us your current email address.
Warranty Policy
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact our customer support team first by e-mailing us at customerservice@fundeals4u.com to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). See Return Policy for more details.
30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
One-Year Warranty
All parts (except refurbished items) come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable. Repair is often necessary for items purchased more than 30 days prior.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer after 30 day warranty expires.
