The new Xi3 Redwood and Xi3 Tech both feature a stainless body. For the Xi3 RW, we polish the stainless, and give it redwood handles for an exquisite and elegant finish.

On the other hand, the Xi3 Tech utilizes rubberized handles and bead blasting to finish the stainless for a more high-tech, utilitarian product. To give you a superior grip cut after cut we added rubberized "handles" that are seamlessly bonded to the steel blades. They complement the steel's bead blast finish giving the cutter a sophisticated high-tech look.

The Xi3 Tech and Redwood cutter features the same unique, ergonomic teardrop shape and double-guillotine action that gives the Xi and the Xi2 such powerful cutting ability in one simple squeezing motion.
