Perhaps the most popular item in Innotek's revolutionary Command Series is the Track N Train collar. This double-duty electronic collar combines remote training capabilities with a tracking (beeping) function to help hunters locate dogs in heavy cover. The Track N Train is Innotek's response to hunters who have wished for a way to limit the amount of "hardware" they have to hang on their dog's neck while hunting.

The Track N Train operates with the Command Series Model 1600 transmitter. The Training and beeper functions are both programmable and instantly adjustable from the transmitter. Training features include seven stimulation levels; choice of continuous, momentary and Innotek's exclusive "rising" mode; a "Hot" button (always Level 7 for tough or dangerous hunting/training situations); up to 1/2-mile range; and three tone modes: Tone on, Tone Off and Tone with 1-sec. Stimulation Delay. The audible tracking feature can be set in the Normal (one chirp every 10 seconds), Grouse (one chirp every five seconds) or Silent mode. When the dog points, the collar emits a chirp one a second to alert the hunter.

Innotek's weatherproof collar speaker is audible to 500 yards. Because the 1600 can operate up to two Track N Train collards at once, the chirp form one collar is distinctly different from the other, helping a hunter keep track of two dogs in the field, It also offers a Locate mode in which the collar emits a constant signal as long as the transmitter button is held. The collar receiver is lightweight (under 6 oz.) and waterproof. It operates on a long-life, user-replaceable 3-volt lithium battery. Many hunters prefer this to recharging because it allow them to carry spare batteries in the field and instantly replace them when necessary.
